Apple, Google strongly warned by South Korean regulator for 'inappropriate' implementation plans on revised law

Apple and Google are set to face more scrutiny from South Korea's communications regulator, which has warned the two tech giants that it would take harsh action if a new law barring app-store operators from pushing developers to use their proprietary payment methods is not faithfully implemented.
