Appeals court rejects ‘Hail Mary’ from Changji Esquel Textile over US export controls listing

A US appeals court rejected a request from Changji Esquel Textile Co. for an injunction to block export controls imposed by the US Commerce Department over allegations of forced labor.
A lower court was correct when it rejected the injunction and ruled that the Xinjiang, China-based subsidiary of Hong Kong
