Aon-Willis deal receives conditional approval in Turkey

Aon has secured approval in Turkey for its $30 billion takeover of rival insurance broker Willis Towers Watson.

The deal was authorized with conditions on July 14, according to an update on the regulator’s case page. Further details weren’t given.
