ANZ Australian market-disclosure civil lawsuit set for April 2023 trial

Australia & New Zealand Banking Group’s, or ANZ, legal battle with Australia's securities regulator over allegations the bank failed to disclose a 2018 A$2.5 billion ($1.77 billion today) institutional share placement is set to proceed to a five-day trial in April 2023.

The civil lawsuit had been on hold while parallel criminal-cartel proceedings
