Anheuser Busch-Craft Brew Alliance merger investigation at DOJ limited to effects in Hawaii

The antitrust review of Anheuser-Busch’s proposed acquisition of the shares it doesn’t already own of Craft Brew Alliance by the US Department of Justice is limited to the deal's potential effects in the state of Hawaii, MLex has learned.
So far, the watchdog hasn’t identified other concerns.
