Andrade Gutierrez, Coesa found noncompliant with Brazil antitrust settlements from Operation Car Wash probes

Construction firms Andrade Gutierrez Engenharia and Construtora Coesa will be fined by Brazil's competition authority for failing to comply with a settlement agreement that resolved antitrust allegations related to the Operation Car Wash corruption probe, and the investigation will be reopened, the agency's Tribunal ruled today.
