Amendments to Indonesia's competition law now in effect

The implementing rules for amendments to Indonesia’s antitrust fines and the appeals process are now in effect, under a regulation signed last month, MLex has learned.

Under the regulation (see here), companies that violate Indonesia’s competition law may be fined up to 50 percent of relevant net profits or up to 10 percent
