Amazon, Flipkart face more curbs on affiliated-entity sales under proposed Indian revamp

Amazon.com and Walmart-owned Flipkart are staring down the barrel of even tighter restrictions on selling goods in India that include new controls on related-party sellers and a ban on flash sales.
