Alipay dodges abuse claims in China's fund-purchase dispute

A Shanghai court has rejected claims that Alipay, the digital payment affiliate of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, engaged in abusive practices by discriminating against users investing in a money-market fund.
The Shanghai Intellectual Property Court dismissed all the requests made by the plaintiff, Li Zhen, against Alipay and Tianhong Asset
