Airbus still faces compliance burden on UK support despite bribery settlement

Airbus will continue to face additional compliance checks on any funding support it receives from the UK government, following its multibillion-dollar bribery settlement with global enforcers this year.

The plane manufacturer agreed in January to pay $3.9 billion to French, UK and US prosecutors to settle allegations that it had maintained
