Adtech ‘single interface’ consent tool being considered for e-privacy regulation, EU Commission official says

A new browser-based adtech consent solution is currently under consideration as part of the EU’s ongoing e-privacy proposal, a European Commission official said today.

Peter Eberl, a senior official working on cybersecurity and privacy policy, told a conference* that a “single interface” solution is currently being discussed by members of the European Parliament
