Comment: US nail importers file more suits after trade court deals setbacks to national security tariffs on steel

A growing number of nail importers, emboldened by setbacks for the Trump administration in the US Court of International Trade, are filing suit against the 25 percent steel tariffs on nails.

The tariffs are being levied under a Cold War-era national security authority under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion
