Comment: Tencent forced to 'restore competition' to China's online music-streaming market

Just two weeks after Tencent was hit by a history-making merger review decision by the country’s competition regulator to block the combination of two video-game live-streaming platforms, the Chinese tech giant received a first-ever “restore competition” order for its failure to notify the merger between Tencent's music business and China Music Corp.
