Comment: On US's EU tariffs tied to Airbus row, trade office preps for another ‘carousel’ ride

The US trade office is open to changes in a set of existing tariffs on European Union large civil aircraft, liquor, clothing items and other imports tied to a longstanding dispute with the EU and Airbus at the World Trade Organization.
