Comment: Michigan professor's musing on Section 230 provokes opposition in Texas social media suit

Two Beltway-based tech associations suing Texas in US court over its social media statute argue the state shouldn’t rely on testimony from Section 230 foe Adam Candeub as evidence that social media platforms are common carriers.

Candeub’s name should be familiar to anyone who’s recently tracked online intermediary liability issues in the US.
