Comment: KBR ruling sees SFO's wings clipped over international probes

A victory for KBR at the UK's highest court last week has ramifications far beyond the US engineering company: It will likely lead to British fraud prosecutors being hampered in their fight against international corruption and could spark calls for law changes to remedy that.
