Comment: Facebook, Google under clearer but tighter ad rules in Vietnam

Foreign companies that wanted to sell to Vietnamese consumers used to have to sign up with a local advertising agency or ask a local business partner to place online ads for them. 
That is no longer the case under Decree 70 (see here), an amendment to the previous implementing regulation
