Comment: EU’s jet fuel tax holiday isn’t even half over

The EU’s tax holiday on jet fuel isn’t over for everyone just yet.

International treaties prevent EU countries from taxing certain foreign airlines and cargo operators, forcing the European Commission to exempt more than half of jet fuel use from the new taxes, to avoid selectively imposing them on European operators.
