Comment: EU risks entangling trade talks with UK in cross-sectoral bargaining

The EU has always tried to keep trade negotiations separate from talks on other fields of cooperation such as security, defense, foreign affairs, justice, or aviation. But this two-track approach won't apply to negotiations with the UK after Brexit.
