Coverage from the OECD's Working Group on Bribery Ministerial in Paris

March 2016

The OECD Working Group on Bribery has been the inspiration and impetus for much of the regulatory work in the global fight against bribery for many years. Senior justice ministers and government officials from the Group, plus several others, met in Paris on March 16 to discuss the next step in the peer-review process.
This special report brings together the MLex coverage of the event, from our global team of senior correspondents who attended, including:
  • Calls for business to actively flag up bribery concerns
  • Pressure groups seeking global standards on corporate settlements
  • New countries vying to join the effort
