To celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the Federal Trade Commission, we are delighted to invite you to our cocktail reception to mark the launch of the FTC Watch book: The Insider's Guide to the History of the Federal Trade Commission – 100 years of enforcement.

The book examines the history of the Federal Trade Commission, including:

  • Sherman Act paved way for antitrust enforcement
  • The FTC's greatest hits—in a trophy case
  • Ralph Nader and the ABA push the FTC to reform

We will hold an informal discussion around the historic accomplishments and the future challenges for the FTC.
