The Impact of Innovation in Merger Control – London 2017
In recent years there has been a sharp rise in the role of innovation in the merger review process. The European Commission, US Department of Justice and FTC are now placing the competitive harm caused by the potential reduction of innovation on equal footing with increased prices and reduced output.
This free half day conference brings together private practitioners, regulators, academics and key stakeholders to discuss the growing role of innovation in the merger review process.
