Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on www.mlex.com and www.mlexmarketinginsight.com (together, "our site") (our site) or otherwise when enquiring into, or ordering, services from us.
- Information that you provide when you contact us to ask a question, report a problem or for any other reason.
- Information that you provide when responding to surveys that we may ask you to complete for our research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Access requests must be sent to email@example.com and may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
